A nice, economical 1979 Cessna 152 — an ideal trainer, time-builder, or hobbyist airplane, cheap to fly and heavily maintained. The headline is the engine: the Lycoming O-235-L2C has just 370 hours since a thorough major overhaul in June 2023 by Twin Aircraft Engines against a 2,400-hour TBO. That overhaul included four new cylinders, a new camshaft and new lifters, a professionally repaired crankcase and crankshaft, both magnetos overhauled by Kelly Aero, and an overhauled carburetor, starter, alternator, oil cooler and vacuum pump, with a new harness and plugs and all applicable ADs complied. Compressions were 72/78/77/68 as of 11/2025. 11,492 hours total on the airframe — an honest, well-used trainer with complete logbooks since new. Avionics: KX155 com/nav 1, KX170B com/nav 2, KMA-24 audio, GTX 320A Mode-C transponder with ADS-B Out via a uAvionix tail beacon, JPI 450 fuel flow, panel intercom, and VOR with glideslope. IFR capable but not currently certified. Extras: electric trim, dual toe brakes, dual flight controls, STC spin-on filter, STC Peterson auto-gas, STC belly drain, and Bruce's custom cover, plus new plugs, an overhauled starter, rebuilt stall horn and new battery in 2025. Exterior is white with maroon and silver striping; paint is missing in spots and could be touched up, though clear coat and good paint remain over most areas. Interior presents well: vinyl seats with no rips or tears, shoulder harnesses, clean carpet. Next annual due 12/01/2026. Complete logbooks since new, full aircraft history, engine overhaul records, weight and balance, airworthiness and AD documentation are all included and available for review.

No hail. No corrosion. The plane was damaged and then not used for some time. Then it was purchased and restored as a 150 HP Taildragger with extra fuel. These are very good fun planes. Option of the climb or cruise prop. Cruise is 110 Kts. First log entry in new log june 92' says airplane was rebuilt and converted to conventional gear via stc and 0-320 via 337 on 3/8/87. Previous logs were lost in fire may 1991. In 1997 it was groundlooped at 1338 total time and repaired but that's when the low use time began until the current owner went through it in 2020. 337's for landis 2000 skis 337's for 26x10.5x6 Cessna 170 gear legs with reinforced landing gear box supports 337'd on the texas taildragger conversion.

1979 Cessna 152 — N69207, serial 15282555. Just updated with modern new paint, new interior and new windows, and out of a fresh annual inspection. The Lycoming O-235-L2C was overhauled by C & G Aircraft Maintenance in 2017 and shows 1,616 hours since, against a 2,400 hour TBO. The Sensenich 72CKS6-0-54 propeller was overhauled by Sensenich Propeller Services in 2015 and shows 4,042 hours since. Total time on the airframe is 12,868 hours since factory new. Panel: Garmin GMA 340 audio panel and intercom system, Garmin GTX 330 transponder, uAvionix ADS-B Out, King KX 155 nav/com, King KI 208 VOR/LOC and an avionics master. Also fitted: LED navigation and landing lights and an auxiliary power outlet. Useful load 549 lbs. Interior is gray fabric with black carpet.
